Hi,
A rough guess is that solar harvest will be about 5 hours at the full capacity of the panels. I.E. a 100 watt panel will return about 500 watts on a perfect solar day.
The battery bank is small. Calculate wattage based on total use per day and divided by 5 and then add at least 60 watts per 100 amp-hours of storage. That works out near to 500 watts from what I can glean from what has been said in the thread.

Generators are noisy, smelly, and sometimes dangerous. I refuse to run one while sleeping.
