Since that many amp hours rules out lithium (> $4,000), and this topic is about a lithium setup, I'll start a new thread with other questions after I regroup and come up with a new plan.

No sweat, there is no loss so far.
Installing batteries inside a vehicle is not that hard. Torklift Co. even sells a battery box that bolts underneath to the vehicle frame. I have a new one, here, to install in the Spring.
FWIW, I have five batteries inside my travel trailer, ATM. They are charged from a single 235W panel.
