advice to install 30A RV Receptacle in garage to power RV

Oh I get it, so that's the #4?

This is a portable receptacle? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but so be it. The receptacle itself will be sitting in the weather? Sounds like you're just making an extension cord.
