Few things.
First, the well line probably doesn't have a neutral. I wouldn't go there.
Second, while running the romex, run yourself cable for a 50 amp RV for future use. 6 gauge 4 conductor. Then you can upgrade later.
Third, why the 100 foot extension? If you need that long, make sure it is 10 gauge minimum and good wire. I made a 75 foot extension out of 10 gauge harbor freight cord and I have severe voltage drop.
