OP is wanting to have a '30A extension cord' to drag out of garage to area where RV is park 50' away
JUST buy a 50' 30A RV power cord.
Install the RV 30A receptacle in garage (3 wires....1 hot, 1 neutral, 1 ground and a 30A Circuit breaker)
Plug new extension cord into outlet.......plug rv power cord into extension cord
MAN CAVE....done
This setup should be able to run BOTH AC units at the same time, right?
As long as you don't run anything else, you should be okay, assuming you have 15,000 BTU A/C's. I did this exact thing at my house. My 15K BTU A/C's take 12.5 amps each, for 25 AMPs, and run fine on my 30 AMP.
It's not rocket science, so do the research as you are doing, and cut the power to the house when you install the breaker and wiring. Cut main breaker feeding the circuit panel. There's quite a few youtube video's and other tips on the inter-web.
