ABSOLUTELY WRONG!, If you don't fill the cavity completely with grease you will not get new grease to the outer bearing. Also, you expansion theory is baloney since excess grease from expansion if there is any and that I doubt will simply exit around the outer bearing just like the EZ-lube system is designed to work.
Folks that don't understand these systems should stay away from grasping at phantom straws and putting out INCORRECT and MISLEADING INFORMATION.

True, to a degree, but read my previous link. My trailer: Cavity was filled with grease. Grease at the back of the cavity, behind the inner bearing blew out the seal. Basically the pressure of the grease caused the grease to take the path of least resistance to relieve the pressure, blowing out the inner seal.
End of story.
Not all grease will come out through the outer bearing like your theory states.
No one is providing mis-information nor pulling phantom straws (whatever the heck those are)
Yes you are ... as per your previous thread on your brake issues it was the previous owner that caused the issues and you have NO IDEA how that actually happened. It can easily happen if you don't follow the directions fully which two items are critical ... one is it rotate the wheels as you SLOWLY pump grease in until the grease comes out from around the outer bearing. The other is NEVER USE a power grease gun and PUMP SLOWLY. Failing to do these two is what causes the grease to flow out the inner bearing and thru the grease seal ... NOT FILLING THE CAVITY.
Your posts are just as misleading since it is full of assumptions about what the previous owner who caused the problem did.
NOW THAT"S the REAL STORY not what you have implied which I say is FALSE and NOT CORRECT.
Now with all that being said, I'm not a big fan of these EZ-lube type systems for two reasons 1) It uses way too much grease and is a mess to redoe and 2) you have to uses them with exacting precision since failing to follow the procedures to the letter can cause more problems such as blowing out the rear seal than the convenience they provide short term ... you still need to pull things apart and inspect them periodically.
Thats MY STORY and I'm sticking with it ;)
