I guess people should just ignore stuff like this:
Quite a bit of "what caused the bearing failure" play into what you have shown, examples are Time since last repack, miles since last repack, who did the repack and was it done correctly, Quality of bearings and seals, proper torquing of hubs, exposure to excess water/moisture at some time, etc. etc. and I'm sure there are more.
