Quite a bit of "what caused the bearing failure" play into what you have shown, examples are
Time since last repack, 8 months
Miles since last repack, 11,000
who did the repack, I did
Was it done correctly, Yes, I know what I am doing
Quality of bearings and seals,
Right there is the problem, junk!
proper torquing of hubs, Done correctly
exposure to excess water/moisture at some time, No exposure
I suspected it would have to be caused by one of the above, I have seen more junk bearings and seals on the market then I ever recall. Seems we have to watch closely what we buy.
