I just completed replacing the awning motor on my Carefree Eclipse awning. It is on my 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador. I found a replacement motor at Autozone. $44.93 including tax. Perfect match except for the 2 wire hookup which is easy to modify. The motor is a Dorman. Part # is 742-141. This is for info to anyone that has this type awning. Sure beats a service call and purchasing one from Carefree (if they will even sell it). And the motor has a lifetime warranty.
