Is that LOL a hostile comment, like your last one including "LOL" and the phrase "wouldn't touch an AGM with a ten foot pole"?
If so, then you are that fanatic wet proponent we AGMers need so we don't get away with any invalid comments. Can I count you for that?
Do you have a suggestion for a labor cost?
Hope That Helps(HTH);

No hostility and no fanaticism either. Not sure if you were around then but the only reason I don't have an AGM bank is because a member asked me to look at L16's. I even considered going Lithium Ion. BTW, I've softened my views of AGMs since Hitech's test. I would be interested in this but I really don't know how to figure labor costs in this. If 10 cents is standard then that's fine with me.
EDIT: I will say that TCO is not a consideration for me when it concerns play toys like RVs. For me, it simply boils down to can I afford it or not.
OK.
I made up the 10 cents and fully expected a AGM fanatic to disagree. After all, avoiding battery maintenance is priceless they say. After all, we are told that there are AGM fanatics. Is it because AGMers are actually an agreeable sort? If not doing maintenance is priceless then 10 cents/min is a joke.
Suppose you want to go fishing on a charter boat and need to choose between two boats named FLA and AGM. The FLA boat charges $40 and the AGM charges $80 for the same time at sea.
After arriving at the fishing location, the FLA crew announces the training for cutting bait is the first activity. You can't cut bait and fish at the same time so you realize you will have less line-in-the-water time.
On the AGM boat, the crew has already cut the bait and all you need to do is put the bait on the hook.
What if someone recommends you take the FLA boat without knowing if you would like to cut bait?
