"Lower end of specs" - UPG table suggests 14.7 at 77F, and at the same time allows 14.4 to 15V. This is not a temperature range, but allowed range at 77F. Weird...
Though, Deka specs aren't too accurate either, in the range 70-80F it's 14.3 optimum and 14.6 max, no telling what is the "minimum" - makes me think that at 77F it should be 14.3 or less.
