What is the EXACT temp of your batteries during charge? :)
OK, I'll bite. The exact temperature of my batteries is not my problem - remote temp sensor takes care of that. Controller will alter the setpoints by certain amount, say, 0.02V (this amount is also adjustable in Rogue) per each 1 degree C above or below 25C(77F). At 77F temp compensation doesn't alter the setpoints. Therefore I need to know the exact - or the best, whatever - setpoints for my battery at 77F. Lifeline gives exact number 14.30V. My UPG and your Deka provide a wide range, give or take 0.5V (my UPG) and wider yet 0.8V in your Deka.
The temperature at the plates will differ from the temperature at the sensor on the battery case, but not by 40F - which is approximately what 0.5V difference corresponds to.
