If something is turned on, the controller will provide the power to maintain the voltage. Voltage will only sag if the demand exceeds the solar energy available.
This is not clear to me. Rogue will revert to previous mode when it sags more than 0.5V. Otherwise it will remain in ABS until timer expires, and then will go to Float - but the current is high so it will go back to higher voltage of ABS (and will reset the timer as it does every time it enters ABS)? Or what? Need to ask Marc at the Rogue.
