Living under the Chinese rule is tough. Customer service at the US distributor of UPG Power Group is fairly good though. Emailed them today and received a manual for ... (drum roll) ... Panasonic SLA batteries. This is what UPG batteries are. Temperature graph is on the Page 24.
My UB121000 turned out to be Panasonic LC-XA12100P, see page 65.
Being a Chinese now, it comes not with those those nice handles pictured in the manual, but with shoelace loops. 62 lbs to carry on rope handles. One handle, actually. Barely big enough for two Chinese-sized hands. Oh, well...
