I wonder, since it is a heat problem inside the battery, if it is possible they could take one high amp draw when below 75%, but not three shots at it twenty minutes apart where heat could build up.
I suppose if the bank SOC/capacity is lower, that makes the same amps draw, a higher proportion/ ratio or percentage, and that could mean more heat from the same amps.
This has to do with what would happen if you got down to 60% say overnight from furnace use, and tried to make toast. Would it let you make that toast once, but don't try to make toast a second time?
Have to discover what we can get away with.
---------
Generator not allowed or wanted at 0600 in the campground, but toast is! That's what the inverter is for---you can use it and then run the gen later to recharge the batteries when nobody cares about the generator being on.
Don't know if Li can "take it" , the way I like to do things. AGMs were supposed to take it. They can--except not many times it seems.
T-1275s can take it. Wet 6s can too BTDT. Imagine spending all that money on Lis and finding out after a year, all of a sudden you can't make your morning toast! (except with the stove top toast rack that sets off the fire alarm-and that gets the dogs barking- and it makes lousy toast :( )
