Your voltage reading is worthless under load. Turn everything off, and read it after an hour.
If you picked up a telecom surplus 150 ah AGM battery, you should see about 12.88 V if it's a DEKA Telecom, after 48 hours of sitting after a full charge, to let the surface charge dissipate.
Voltage may vary by brand, also. For my DEKA surplus Telecom, I charge at 14.4V until the battery reaches 0.5% of rated amperage, about 0.75 amp charge rate for a 150 AH battery.
I wouldn't worry too much, over night, just charge it fully in sunshine all day long tomorrow with solar panels.
