every month or two, I allow my surplus 150 Ah Telecom AGM battery that weighs in at a svelt 105 # to get a visit from my MegaWatt, which I set at 14.4V before hooking up to the battery. I set the timer for 2.5 to 3 hours, and then have a peek at the RC watt meter that is in line, to see if it's doing around a 0.5% of amp hour rating for a charge rate, ie 0.75 amps, or slightly less. Usually, it is. Finished, turn off the Mega Watt and wait a few more months in storage if not being used, for another top off charge.
