My dumb charger is really dumb. User control consists of plugging it in (or not) and selecting between 6 and 12 V. It has an ammeter. That's it.
Mex, specs listed for the battery, "10 AH Rate - 19". I have no idea what that means. Hours at 10 AH? Its like a motorcycle battery, CLB-16 or some such.
MountainAirMan, exactly. So where is the temperature sensing stuff coming from? What are your reading, the temperature of the case? After all, it is sealed.
Also states "Charge Voltage 14 Vdc, Float Voltage 13.4 Vdc, Float Current 5 Ma - 200 Ma".
I think I'm just gonna hook the sucker up and check the battery voltage tomorrow :)
