Piano, I was also looking at the Samlex 3012 or the Go-Power. Victron was a little out of budget (even though I use their solar controllers and am happy with those), and from what I see it doesn't appear to have dual AC in (shore & generator)?
it appears you only have the portable generator option
do you plan on using (2) shore cords
one for the genny and one for shore power ? while connected to shore power ?
while off grid, your only choice is genny or inverter
i see no need for a (2) 120vac inputs to the inverter
if your looking for a 2nd input to be used with A/C from the genny
i think your current wiring plan is flawed
charge load plus A/C load might be greater than the pass thru ability of the TS inside the inverter/charger
be sure to check the specs for that when looking at these devices
