Air Comp. Replacement

I have an old 110 Volt air comp. No tank for it.
A Campbell Hausfeld brand sold by Sears many years ago.
Have hauled this thing around for years used only a couple of times.

Thinking of replacing with a 150 psi 12 volt compressor. Less weight and more storage room.

  • Silly question time, If you only need a compressor a couple of time in many years, why pack one at all? Wouldn't using the air hose at a gas station be sufficient? Very little cost ($.75 last time I used one) compared to a new compressor and even more storage room. Besides a 12 volt 150 PSI compressor is going to be very frustrating unless you have an immense amount of patience. They take a long time to pump up tires, especially MH tires.
