Air Conditioner slows down and then speeds up
I have a Coleman Mach in a 2007 Hurricane and when the Fan is On and the system is in cooling the unit will slow down and speed up and sometimes it will stop and then after about 5 or 10 seconds start...

I was at a campground when it happened plugged into a 50amp. I checked the plug when I got there and confirmed that it put out 240 volts. When I came home I also have a 50amp plug at my house and it's still happening. Maybe it is the capacitor. That would the cheapest solution to try first.
