air conditioner
I am thinking about rechargeing my rv air conditioner myself.I am not sure which side is the low or high side. Will the can connect to both sides or will it only connect to the low side.

If you dont have the proper tools or know-how to do the job, I would recommend taking it somewhere and have them do it.
If you do manage to hook up the high side to the can, you could end up with a blown up can......and a mangled hand.
AC work is not just "stuff a can in it". You need to have gauges and know what you are doing.
