Is it possible to add an air deflector to roof air without putting to much strain on the unit.

2) Depends on the unit but may be OK structurally
3) Will overload a 30 amp connection possibly
Will have no effect on the 30 amp breaker. If there is an extra load it would be on the 15 amp breaker feeding the unit.
