Air Hwh leveling system

I am looking for information on a 2004 Monaco Dynasty HWH air leveling system, my panel is dead, I can’t control anything. I have tried to reset and nothing, it won’t dump, won’t light up. The tag works air brake is on , next I am looking for air manifold. Any help on this sure is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Gary

  • So there is power at the touch pad and ground, there is power at the control box in the middle of the Coach . I have a Text Support calling me on Monday, I will follow up with the results. Thanks for the help.

Details matter. So you have power to the control panel, but the panel does not respond? If I can read my crystal ball correctly, then it sounds like a bad panel.

  • I know my HWH system will not work unless my key is on, did you try with the key on?

  • Yes it has power, but I am going to check fuse today, I am told there are fuse in the control box

I’m confused, you are not making things very clear which limits my ability to try and help you.

Your first post said “my panel is dead”, “won’t light up”. Now you say “yes it has power”. What has power? The panel has power? The battery has power? Neighbors house has power?

What does having power mean - Does it have sufficient power (i.e. a full 12+V, or something significantly lower) (assuming you’re talking about the 12V system and not the 120V system - which again, we don’t have enough information to know).

The more we know, the more helpful we can try to be. Right now all we can do is throw chit at the wall to see what sticks.

I hope you find and fix the problem today, otherwise, a lot more info is going to be needed for effective troubleshooting.

What has power? You said the panel is dead. Did you test to see if there is power to the panel to make the assumption it's the panel that's the problem? Did you run a jumper to the control panel to get it to light up?

  • Way2Roll is correct. It sounds like you have a “power” problem not a “manifold” problem. You need to get a volt/amp meter and start at the battery, and proceed to both the input and output side of the panel, and continue through all the control valves, switches, etc; and see where you have power and where there should be power but isn’t. But basically, it sounds like there is no power getting to the panel. This could be caused by no power at the battery, a blown fuse, disconnect switch in the wrong position, a broken wire, bad ground, etc.

If you run wires temporarily directly from the battery to the panel does it then “light up”/function? That answer will clue you in on where to look next.

Good morning, I have talked to tech support at HWH, we ran tests and determined that the touch pad was bad. Now I am waiting to hear Bach from them on identifying the touch pad. I will update as things progress. Thanks Gary
