You should be able to find either a Joiner (little plastic piece barbed on both ends) or even a piece of small tubing that will fit inside. Then heat shrink if you want to lock it a little tighter. If all you can find is a Tee, just plug the extra tap with a piece of tubing and a screw or golf tee in it.
