allison mt643 to allison2000 series swap

Question

hey guys had a custommer bring his rv to shop for a trans swap. currently has a allison mt643 in it and wants a allison 2000 series installed. has a cummins 24 valve in it. anyone enlighten me on the wiring side of this mess? thanks in advance
