Had an A/C fail a few months back,,, Finally got the new one installed I think last week (or the week before).. just in time to turn on the heaters at night :)
In running up/down the ladder I found the roof was getting kind of gray so I took ye old mop (Van Wash Brush) bucket, Garden hose/sprayer and Spic& Span and got to it. Nice and eye searing white now.
Some minor cracking of 11 year old caulking will be professionally fixed next Summer when I get back to my favorite RV Girl (That's the license plate on her mobile Technician Van) I know how to do it but she will do a better (neater) job and my physical condition is not so great. I did some temp work on the worst of it.
I like to mop 2x a year less it needs a 3rd.
