Alternate Brand Of Hotel Water Pump

That's weird, the price just changed to $59.99. Ok, now it's a decent pump! hahahaha

It's hard to imagine someone rich enough to own a yacht installing a 2.9 gpm water pump. Oh well maybe it's a Mexican yacht.

Your bare bones basic sloop like a 65' Nautor Swan, may have 4 pumps or even six depending on the number of staterooms. They do not have one giant pressure pump for one very good reason. Can you guess it?

?? Because it and the 100+ PSI plumbing would cost too much and maybe weigh too much??

At sea..Fresh water is a life giving necessity
Multiple small pumps provide backup
Unlikely they would all fail at the same time
Failure of one larger pump would be a major nuisance at best
Life and death at the worst
