Alternator Charging of MH House Batts, Ineffective Control

I would not focus on the alternator charging the house batteries unless you drive it 24/7. I don't think ANY alternator could fully charge those house batteries with the stock wiring.
I'd leave it alone and worry about the batteries when your parked.
