I repaired my damaged Jayco Designer after a tire blew. I purchased a sheet of painted aluminum that was scratched fairly reasonable from a local metal distributor. I used a piece of PVC pipe that closely matched the radius and slowly bent the edge of the sheet to form the curve at the bottom. It was not identical but after everything was put back together, you could not tell. The paint matched perfect but it was white. The whole repair not including a new fender trim from Jayco was less than what Jayco wanted for shipping.
