Ambient is 92 f (33 c) at 2:14 local time at 51.911669, -106.821398
Fridge is 39 f (4 c)
My delta T is 53f (29 c)
So my figures DO NOT support the claim of only a 30 f delta T between interior of the fridge and the Ambient outdoor temperature.
My fridge interior temperature does go up when it is hot outside. I've not documented this--but it does vary between 37 f (2.7 c) and 41 f (5 c)
I have a mask with twin computer fans at the top of the "chimney" which are controlled by a thermostat. I do have a small interior fan to circulate the air in the fridge. (a Dometic).
Tomorrow will be even hotter, so I'll attempt to take some more readings (if I am around)
