PWM CC's pass thru Isc, not Imp. Panel voltage is irrelevant, provided it exceeds Vbatt + Line Loss + Rcircuit. Panel voltage is "pulled down" to whatever is necessary to charge bank. Temperature Corrected Isc and Voc are used to size the pwm cc.
The switch to abs is Charge Rate dependent. A low charge rate, typical with solar charging, means a switch to abs at a higher soc... usually well above 80%.
For example, a 45a charge on a 215Ah bank (a C/4.8 rate) will switch to abs at about 83% soc, whereas the same 45a charge on a 430Ah bank ( a C/9.6 rate) will switch to abs at a higher % soc.
