If you had 2 v of line loss, the I would be less based on the IV curve so charging would be slower. My Isc is 8% higher than Imp.
All the oscilloscopes I've seen on youtube showing PWM, the on cycle is batt V (panel I) and the off is Voc (zero I). I always thought I tapered so line loss tampered but I when ON is still IV curve I and zero I when OFF. Line loss doesn't taper, the ON time does.
abs = PWM duty cycle changing to achieve constant V by reducing ON time limiting current @ some fixed frequency.
