I actually got an electrical engineer from the manufacturer on the phone today!
He had more info than I could process, but I got what I needed.
He said I may have gotten some moisture in the switch and it was sticking on.
When I checked it today, the switch was working!
Go figure.
He also said my inverter should have 00 gauge wire connecting it to the battery with a 300 amp ANL fuse and holder. My installer put AWG 6 wire on! 1/2 the size of what's needed!
First, note revisions in my last post.
Second, Its as I suspected, in fact I'm running 0004 welding cable to power my 2000w inverter...Another thing is the round trip length of the inverter cables, 6' (RT) is optimal or the shorter the better to help reduce voltage drop to the inverter...
