First go to the APP store and type in WINEGARD.. Open the Sat/Antenna finder app and select ANTENNA. give it the needed permissions and soon you will be looking at a map with concentric circles.. If there are not stations whowing you will NOT get TV. if the only stations are in the outer ring, LIkely will not but.. Might Make antenna face Stations. NOTE Winegard Senare IV is best. Jack is **** in my not very humble opinion.
Busted coax is my first guess.
TO test TURN OFF the Green light. (if a well plate select cable (turn off light) if box of many buttons like I have turn off POWER
Go top and disconnect antenna
Hook test light to coax Make sure the wire does NOT short to the nut
Have partner turn power back on and off. Light should go on and off. IF NOT problem found Narrowed down
MOST likely location of problem.... Connecter at or in the roof. I had to replace the roof connector assembly including both coax ends and the barrel connector that joined them) Yes there is a connection hidden there.
