Wouldn't "If it's seized tight, there's no friction" be a truthful statement?
Now that's an interesting dilemma. If something is seized tight, an argument could be made that there is no friction and infinite friction all at the same time!
That said there are some metals with internal lubricity. High silicon aluminum (Vega engine blocks), bronze valve guides/bushings, and brushes/commutators for alternators/generators/motors to name a few.
Now the real trick is to get Maxilube to dissapear!
