A Honda EU2000I will definitely run a 7000 BTU AC, heck it sometimes runs my 13.5k BTU AC.

Sometimes I wish Honda made an Eu2000I diesel powered generator. No more fuel storage issues or fuel going stale, diesel fuel stays good for years in a sealed fuel tank.
