i would get a good sized propane cylinder service... get a honda/yammy 3k converted to propane... have an enclosure made so when you are there.. you can drop the genny outside, hook it up, secure it... start it via remote when you need it... put it away when you leave...
your battery bank should be sizable. My aunts is 8 6volts... with 840w of solar.... she converted all the lighting to 12v LED.. no inverters.. her fridge is a double wide dometic RV fridge... TV and booster are 12v... small AC and afew outlets are 120V for genny use.
