Any special credentials/training to be an RV Electricians

Our GFI quit working so we went to the local RV dealer (small town) and of course, he did not carry it. I thought I would try Lowes and Walmart to see if they carried that brand and they did not....

Yes, any electrician can install.
They can also check the load to see why your switches are going.
