Any special credentials/training to be an RV Electricians

Our GFI quit working so we went to the local RV dealer (small town) and of course, he did not carry it. I thought I would try Lowes and Walmart to see if they carried that brand and they did not....

If swapping the GFCI doesn't change anything, my guess is you have a load that has excessive leakage current, or an open ground.
