Any special credentials/training to be an RV Electricians

Our GFI quit working so we went to the local RV dealer (small town) and of course, he did not carry it. I thought I would try Lowes and Walmart to see if they carried that brand and they did not....

The rocker arm switches on the panel are your circuit breakers. That is whole different issue than the GFCI outlets.
A circuit breaker supplies power to the GFCI outlet. If that breaker is tripping it indicates you have an overload somewhere. Maybe a shorted circuit. Maybe a burned circuit.
Get a qualified electrician to check it out.
