IMO the batwing sensar pro is the best thing i know about
what might be second, is the windgard 'Razar automatic"
it looks like a Sat dome carry out, but its an auto tuning/seeking broadcast TV antenna, that gets mounted on the roof
I've upgraded my Winegard Sensar III to a Sensar IV by adding a Winegard Wingman UHF array and replaced the non-amplified Winegard wall plate with a Winegard SignalPro which offers +/- 10 db of gain / attenuation. This combination is about as good as it's going to get in RV television signal reception but it's still annoying to have to manually rotate the antenna to receive signals broadcast from different directions. The Razar Automatic which Winegard claims is almost as sensitive as a properly adjusted Sensar IV would be the obvious solution IF it weren't so darned expensive, about $500 here in Canada. Watching TV while camping just isn't important enough for us to invest this much in a Razar but it certainly would solve the OP's issue with not being able to reach a Sensar's rotating handle.
