OK this is what I was thinking;

To run Parallel I was thinking about this combiner box on the left rear of the roof. I'd have a 3/4" conduit out the back & down thru the rear cap;

Then a disconnect(breakers?)
Then the Charge controller;
Midnite Solar Classic Lite 150 MPPT Charge Controller, 150V 96A
Then a run from the MPPT Controller to the battery bank, about 3 feet to 4 12v Interstate GC batteries.
I have a Xantrex Freedom inverter.
Ideas, Thoughts, additions?
I'm going to make a mocup of the panel and go up on the roof & play with configurations to get 4 on the roof.
