I would go series with a Midnight Solar 200 if you are getting four of those panels. I would get the first linked panels (KD260GX-LFB2 260W) for the lower voltage of 60 cells vs 72.
Yes the panels have bypass diodes that will prevent damage to shaded cells and allow productive cells to continue sending power to the controller.
Grid-tie microinverter is not going to work.
