Understandably, people seem to be a little unnaturally tense in these postmodern days, admittedly it happens to all of us…By design the human ‘default condition’ is to focus on what’s negative (beware, this is in fact a truism!)…We could all use a defensive strategy…Tis the season to shut off the ‘pre-planned false narratives’ imported by costly ($$) CATV, go for a walk, and reflect upon our many gifts and of what really matters most in each of our very short lives - this simple act can be very restorative! Truth is, no one gets a waiver, we are ALL ‘messed up ‘ :) End of my sermon (lol)…
