Do lemon laws apply to RVs?
Sorry to hear this but most RV dealers suck. That is the problem unfortunately.
It's not the dealer. It's the manufacture of the Aquahot unit. NIRVC who is my dealer is wonderful.
It is the dealer. You didn’t buy the RV from Aquahot and you didn’t buy the Aquahot separately.
Guessing how you’re in the scenario they “fixedl it x number of times under warranty and now 1 year warranty is up.
Unless you want to try to go after the mfg of the water heater id keep going thru the dealer,, as it seems the issue was never substantially resolvedBut in short, no I don’t know anyone there and likely not going to find someone who does. Especially here where only about 10 members actually are active on the site.
you shouldn't be in contact with them at all, it was under 1 year old, even if you didn't buy extended warenty the dealer should be handling everything under warenty. its after the overall warenty runns out that you have to deal with the individual apliance companies if they have longer warenties than the rv manufacturer gives. and since your issue started before the warenty was up, it should be a continuation untill it is fixed, which is the dealer's responcibility.
