Everything said above about the Progressive Industries units are absolutely true. I put mine in a 2005 Diesel Bounder right after I bought my RV, and have moved that same unit to a brand new 2008 Tiffin Allegro Bus and then again to my final RV, my 2013 Tiffin Bus. This unit has protected my RV's for over 250,000 miles all over the US, Canada ans Alaska. Despite Tiffin statements that the 2013 Bus has protection built in, a close check of what's protected and to which level quickly shows how good the Progressive unit is. As a final convincer, my Progressive found a defect in my local electric provider's power being delivered to my home and farm. When I reported the problem, they came out and confirmed that one of their line transformers was malfunctioning and delivering faulty power. Until I reported it, they hadn't a clue. Had this continued, I could have burned out motors on well pumps, fans, augers, refrigerators, freezers, and numerous other components running motors.
Get the Progressive--the very best out there. It doesn't cost, it saves you money and time.
