I would think that Naio would have no problems building a baby Borgette out of a Meanwell S-300-13.5 or S-300-15 version of some sort, to do her batteries recharging work, that would run well on her EX650 for a quick and dirty charge. 20 amps is 20 amps, as long as the flooded lead acid battery gets the full 14.8V at the terminals.
