I would think that Naio would have no problems building a baby Borgette out of a Meanwell S-300-13.5 or S-300-15 version of some sort, to do her batteries recharging work, that would run well on her EX650 for a quick and dirty charge. 20 amps is 20 amps, as long as the flooded lead acid battery gets the full 14.8V at the terminals.
Starting with 650 watts, work through the straight-forward math - including charger heat loss and power factor inefficiencies - and you'll come up with an EX650 being able to power about a 30 amp rate charger ... maybe even a bit higher rate. This is assuming that the given 30+ amp rate charger is designed well enough to maintain the necessary voltage on the battery terminals while the battery is asking for, and getting, 30+ amps from the charger.
Just the right power factor corrected charger should allow the EX650 to even power a 35+ amp version of the charger. However, most likely Naio does not have a PFC charger of around 35+ amps.
Of course, with an adjustable output voltage charger (like a Borgette) one can just twiddle it's output screw or whatever-turn pot up to the highest voltage just below the EX650's load breaker trip point. Then whatever current the batteries will take at whatever their state of charge at this voltage, the EX650 will deliver for around 5 hours on 0.51 gallons of gas at a quiet low frequency sound spectrum 54dB level. During this ~ 5 hours, if the charger operator has nothing else to do, they can keep twiddling the charger's adjustable output voltage - both to not damage the batteries and to keep the EX650's circuit breaker from tripping due to too-high current loading.
