I hope you can figure out how to run that Concord down to, say, 11.8-12.0 volts .... so as to conduct a serious small generator/Borg test to kindof see if any size generator could be used to charge any size and type battery using any size charger that can be throttled via it's adjustable voltage output and hence force the battery/charger combination to, under operator control, load the small generator to just below it's circuit breaker cutoff limit. IAW .... get the most you can out of any small generator for battery charging via the charger having an adjustable output voltage.
